How do I report someone?
On the match screen, open the ⋯ menu at the top right and choose “Report”. To report a message, press and hold it. Your report is confidential and reaches our moderators straight away.
How do I block someone?
On the match screen, open the ⋯ menu and choose “Block”. Somebody you block can no longer match with you or write to you.
How do I delete my account?
Use “Delete my account” under Profile → Account. Your profile, your photos, your matches and your messages are deleted immediately and permanently.
If you cannot get into the app, follow the steps on the account deletion page.
Why am I not matching with anyone?
Matching needs a finished profile, location permission, and either agreement with somebody on at least 8 of the same films or 5 of the same films liked. You can swipe 30 films a day; films in common build up over a few days.
Is this an emergency?
If you feel you are in danger, call your local emergency number straight away.
